VISTEC™ X-ray Detectable Sponges – Sterile, 4" x 4"

VISTEC™ X-ray Detectable Sponges feature USP type VII gauze. Unique dual-colored element combines blue radiopaque strand with white strand, which is visible when sponge is saturated with blood.

• Element is latex free and runs through both sides of sponge to facilitate counting
• Precise, double vacuum delinting process ensures low lint
• Packaged sterile in sturdy polystyrene tray with peel-back lid or nonsterile bags of 100, either unbanded or banded in 10s
• Sponges are paper banded in 10s, utilizing state-of-the-art electronic counting eyes to help ensure count of 10 sponges time after time
